Yes, and that is the part people get caught out by. Everything leaving the site goes on our licence under waste transfer notes to a licensed facility, and you get the documentation. Clearance quoted without disposal is not a clearance quote.
Then it gets treated as contaminated, which means sampling and classification before it moves, and disposal to a facility that can take it. It costs more and there is no way round that, but the alternative is a load being turned away at the gate or coming back to you later.
We agree the finished level with you or your engineer before we start and work to it. Crushed material gets used as fill where the ground and the design allow. What we hand over is a levelled, cleared platform, though final formation and any engineered fill is normally your groundworker.
